We are pleased to announce the launch of a new standalone website for the Societal Violence Scale (SVS). This sister project of the PTS seeks to measure human rights violations perpetrated by non-state actors in countries and territories across the globe based on information contained in the U.S. State Department’s annual human rights reports. SVS remains housed at the University of North Carolina, Asheville but we thought it was time to give the project its own presence on the web. All SVS data, documentation, and other information can be found at: societalviolencescale.org.
