Gray received an M.A. in Political Science from Emory University in 2019 and is now a data analyst focusing on human rights and conflict policy in Washington, DC. As a 2016-2017 Fulbright grantee, he studied human rights at the University of Oslo’s Norwegian Centre for Human Rights and worked at the Peace Research Institute Oslo (PRIO). Gray completed his B.A. in Political Science and International Studies at the University of North Carolina - Asheville, where he began working on the PTS his freshman year. His research interests include atrocity prevention, inequality, and repression.
